SHIPPING POLICY
Estimated Shipping: Shipping charges are estimated due to location and weight. The minimum shipping expense will be $8.50. However, the freight amount will be the actual freight charged by the carrier. UPS, Fed-Ex or USPS. NOTICE: ITEMS DEEMED AS HAZARDOUS MATERIALS BY THE U.S. DEPT. OF TRANSPORTATION WILL NOT BE SHIPPED. Such items include but are not limited to: Airbags, seatbelt pretensioners, some shocks and struts. If ordered, these items will need to be picked up at our location. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS must be picked up at our location. Damaged Items: The carrier is responsible for all items damaged during shipping. You will need to fill out a damaged claim report from the carrier to be reimbursed. Please do not return these items to us as we are not responsible for the reimbursement.

RETURN POLICY
You have 10 days after receiving the item to process the return. To begin the return process, please send us a message by way of the Message Center. We will then contact you with a Return Authorization number and instructions on how to return the part to us. If the item is incorrect due to your error such as specified an incorrect part, selected an incorrect option, or did not provide us with your VIN during checkout, you may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. If the incorrect part is due to our error, we will resolve the issue immediately. NO refunds on electrical parts, parts that have been installed or parts with missing or destroyed packaging. NO returns accepted without a Return Authorization number.
